Bachelor Party Island: Ferries, Footballs, and Friends

it was my bachelor party weekend and everyone was coming into town, we were some of the first there. It was on this little island so we had to take little ferries across to it. We got the hotel we were staying at and forgot beer so brother James and John Matthews were gonna go back and get some. We told them like 6 30-racks was a good starting point. Me and Cyrus were unpacking our bags a bit and then more started showing up, Chevy and leface, a few others and then my dad and Greg Phillips. James and John came back with beer and a football and they we’re talking about John’s weird new Hyundai minivan and JT’s weird shape and how it came with this football that was also a weird shape, a little harder and weirdly shaped lines. And it was a little deflated, just like the Duke silver football I brought. But we all went outside to throw it around. Looked like a PNW type of spot, green trees, chill air, little overcast, little misty, could rain. But very cool spot and everyone was pumped for the weekend here together. We threw the ball around and then Tim and Blaise and Ryan McNamee showed up with a new husky dog named “Olive”. My dad and Tim started up the grill as we threw the two deflated footballs around. Was gonna be a fun weekend.
