NorCal Hiking Cave Card Theft Adventure

was up in NorCal for some event and before driving home I was going to do a day hike at some nearby hike spot. I got there and bough a couple beers for the trek from some guy selling beers outside his truck. Went into this first cave type area and there was like a waiting room/museum area with a bunch of people already in there, I guess this would lead you up the entrance. Somehow my Lorcana cards were there and left out and someone had stolen a bunch and replaced them with empty sleeves or magic cards. I was pissed. I saw a stack in someone else's open bag and pulled them out to see if they were mine. They were a stack of mostly all enchanted cards but mostly all bad ones. I knew they weren't mine but it felt like I should take them because this was probably the person that took mine - how many people are playing pecans here, right? - but upon second thought they def weren't mine so I put them back and tried to forget about it and cracked a beer and went to the entrance which was now like a dark dusk time dense forest. The map said like 20mile route but I was gonna go for like 1 or 2 and turn around.
