was working in a big hotel or something and not exactly sure what my job was but the 911 alarm rang and I have to go drive this ambulance to pickup an IED and bring it back to the room that called and I was supposed to be the one to stab this needle into someone to save their life. Drive like a madman in the ambulance with the sirens on and got the package, was a big heavy box. Drive back to the hotel and brought it to the front desk to see which room to bring it to. The "doctor" on call said he was busy so I had to do it or at least start it and he would get there ASAP and it was room 6B on first floor so me and this other intern pushed this box and sprinted over to the room. Found the door and urgently knocked on the door "911 call response here!" Someone answered from the other side and we couldn't really hear so the intern just opened the door. There was first an old woman sitting closest to the door and she said she was fine now and no longer needed it. There were like 15 people sitting in the dark watching the tv. One guy came out and started telling me that we don't take proper care of the inhabitants and if the medical equipment.
