Floating Cars and Flooded Bridges Storm

-started in NYC where my mom and lil sis were drinking through the city but the city stopped all the bridges from running so they came and crashed with me. I was going to meet up with my friends(can remember) who and they were gonna come. The wind picked up and the sky was darkening but wasent dark yet. We drove in my moms car into this garage by my friends place but my mom saw some lady she knew and I worked with her son(chris Edgar, but didn\'t look like him) so we\'re talking quick but I\'m impatient to leave and see my friends and my mom has to get back to my dad. All te sudden the entire place we were in gets picked up and we go back to our cars to leave. But we\'re floating. Somehow now back in car and what\'s going on is there is a chain of huge trucks that have claws that are clamped onto cars and driving them down an avenue. Huge ordeal. Moms pissed and scared cause has to get to dad. I\'m pissed cause wanna go too. We come to a stop and my mom tells us she has rollerblades in the back so Jackie gets them and we put them down and jump out of the car(\~3-4ft) and start skating down the ave my mom seems to know where my dad is. But there\'s a bridge or something we had to cross to get to him but its flooded. Then the rain starts. And then my alarm went off
