Island Storm and Missing the Last Ferry

took a ferry to this little island at the base of a bridge in NYC with Blaise McNamee and someone else. We went into this structure there where Blaise apparently lived for 2 weeks or months. We saw some city cleanup employee at the shore of it fighting off these big water lizards like bigger iguanas and slipping and falling and thinking this guy had no shot against 5 of them from above. We went down and he was gone and Blaise knew this cave area so we went in and down to where this kid lived, like brin Murray, and has been on this little island for years. Blaise was just moving out of the lighthouse structure area so this kid was going to move in. As we left to get the last ferry out the kid said a 100 year storm was coming. We rushed down but Blaise already set boobie traps on the stairs to protect the kid from invaders so we had to slowly avoid them so we missed the ferry. But Blaise was fine with it cause he wasn't ready to leave this island or this guy, his friend, yet. But I was pissed cause I had to be back.
