SF Ferry Adventure to Sourdough Factory

was in SF visiting Erik. We were playing card games at his spot and then took this quick ferry north to this other section of town. There were otters on board and they were jumping off the side into the water and swimming around. It was a very quick ferry, small and low to the water. We got to this section and it was more industrial and desolate. Erik said he'd never live here but they were trying to build it up to be more residential. I saw this big old red brick factory with tall spire smoke stacks and Erik said that's where we're going - a new sourdough pancake factory in an old building. We got there and there was a bunch of people and tours going on already. It was really nice and new and clean on the inside. This bubbly loud skinny black man was whimsically walking around with a tray of different breads and pancakes  and pancake balls and giving out samples. It was clear he was the owner. Me and Erik sat down  and he came up to us and demanded we try his pancakes and his newest invention pancake balls covered in breadcrumbs "Even our bread has bread crumbs!" He yelled with excitement and laughed at his own joke. They were really good, almost cornbread like and somehow had syrup lightly in them to keep moist. Was fun and cool. Woke up.
