I was with Jordan Q at some Frisbee tournament where we were going to watch Team USA in kind of a World Cup of Ultimate Frisbee type thing. There were a couple of different fields and USA was playing this other countries’ team and getting crushed. Apparently the USA team was not very good anymore and Jordan was too old to be on the team so we ended up playing with some other random people in an exhibition game next to it because the game got so boring. It was like 6-0 or 8-0 or something like that so we played some other game. It was pretty fun. It was mostly like ultimate frisbee but a hybrid and we had to use rackets to hit the Frisbee into this little goal to score.

✧ AI Analysis: You and Jordan Q show up to watch elite competition but the dominant team's collapse takes all the excitement out of it, nudging you both to jump in and make your own fun on the sidelines. The hybrid game you improvise — frisbee plus rackets plus a small goal — suggests you're comfortable bending the rules when the official version disappoints you. There's also a subtle thread here about aging and eligibility: Jordan being 'too old' for the team echoes a quiet awareness of time passing and shifting roles from competitor to spectator.
