Helpless Witness to Shark Torture

was in this room where some old fishermen had a shark in a torture looking box. It looked like they had a car battery hooked up to it and we're going to shock it or something. Also a drill. Also some weird thing below it. It was suspended in the air using straps. Not sure why I couldn't do anything about it but I couldn't. The two men were conniving to each other and heard them say "here we go!" Closed my eyes. When I opened them the sharks entire bottom was filleted straight off and its entire contents were on the floor. At least it was dead quickly. Still couldn't do anything about it. Not even sure if I was in the room or just somehow watching.
