Drafted into War, Marching Toward Death

I was in a movie about ww2 and being drafted to have to go to war. It was me and a bunch of other boys I didn't know. The
dream was about how randomly and uncontrollably someone's fate/life can
be decided for them. We were deployed. There were these two old women
who were war photographers who followed us around, somehow both working
for the opposite sides. Our whole faction was caught and we were to be
out to death on this nice morning in Germany. We realized it wasn't a
movie now. We all had to march together down this road to the camp where
we'd likely be shot to death. Maybe another way of dying. I led the
charge and someone behind asked"aren't you scared of dying" and I said
"yea, terrified. But I don't want to see them killing you boys first".
Kind of a cowardly move, but somehow gave strength to the team that I
would go first. The dream ended with us walking thru the barbed wire
topped chain link fence into the camp and faded to black, like a movie,
so maybe it was supposed to be a movie after all. Woke up.
