Teaching Cats and Italian Kitchen Secrets

visited Farrell and Kyle in japan and we went out to this REALLY good Italian restaurant for some reason and I somehow ended up in the back - I think I was teaching their house cat how to hunt mice(at one point I found a little one and kept smacking it around to daze it and put t right in front of the cat/kitten to finish off..eventually got it). So now I'm in the back with all the cooks and most are super young Italian kids, prob family members. The kid making the pasta sauce was a 7 year old named (forgot) and we talked for a while about the sauce and his life and he told me to come back and visit next time I'm around here and not to forget! He told me how he made the sauce with all fresh tomatoes and the secret was "cheese..A LOT of cheese!" He rattled off like 7 Italian cheeses and the older, probably 9-10 year old, next to him to him to shut up and not give out the secrets. This boy was inspecting every piece of pasta that was made(by the slightly older kid next to him) with chopsticks and throwing out any bad/slightly imperfect pieces. Was very impressive. Then the older guys would run in and prepare and grab a few meals to bring out to customers. Was a real nice operation. Then I promised I'd come back and visit and went back to my seat. Another English teacher met us and our food cane out promptly.  We devoured it all and it was so delicious. Farrell was worried he could afford it so I paid his share. Woke up
