Golden Platypus in Hometown Glen

I was back in my hometown by the small glen that runs through my town. I was walking down the asphalt walkway that runs along it. with other people but I can't remember who they were. The dream version of the glen was large enough for people to kayak in for some reason. And that's precisely what my friend @Kian was doing. In front of Kian's kayak was a small golden figure swimming in front of Kian's kayak. I asked Kian "what's that thing?" Kian goes "a platypus." I say, "platypuses aren't found in New Jersey" Kian says, "then explain this". He picks up the golden platypus which I can now see it's bill, tail and hands clearly. Kian cradles the platypus like a baby and then with the ease of pulling a plastic straw out of a movie theater cup, removes the platypus' penis, which happens to be jet black and seemingly 3 feet long, which yeah, is bigger than the platypus itself. I look at Kian with a what-the-hell-did-you-just-do expression on my face and he looks back at me with a 'what did you expect' expression.
