Chosen to Lead a Strange Island Nation

was on this trip, not sure if for work or pleasure, to “Antwerp”(but think was much different in the dream than IRL). I was with a pretty large group of travellers and we started in the airport then all got shuttled to a large boat which took us across some body of water to this island or other land mass. When we docked at the island, there was a very steep slope up to the compound we’d be staying it. At the bottom, where we were, was a pulley system that we loaded our luggage onto and it would travel on the track up the slope to the building for unpacking up there. We all took the trail near it to get to the building. Once there, it was kind of like a school, with classrooms and offices and some barracks area where our luggage was going and rooms would be. I made my way to this cool room under the pulley where you could watch the luggage being pulled up past the big bay window of the room. Then I went to the president’s room to talk to the head of this place. We had a good intro and chat and apparently the reason we were all there is because this place, and larger yet, the country, was looking for a new president, and some of us were deemed fit enough to lead it. And apparently this man wanted me to be his successor. I was very up for it in the dream and immediately set up meetings with all of his top staff to get the ins-and-outs of this regime and how everything worked. I met a few of them and had great talks. Then I went outside and saw this little newborn baby on the ground, like in the dirt, and a bag almost hit her, so I ran over and picked her up and wiped the dirt off her face and cradled her. There were many people outside sitting and talking and pinging yet no one picked her up? Now they were all watching. I hummed a tune to the baby to clam her down, she seemed happy enough and really was a cute baby, then I just walked her in a few loops around the campus. Everyone was going to go in the water soon and I was going to join them but first had to find who was responsible for this baby before that. Woke up
