Bluff Games, Tebow, and a Broken Bass

was hanging out with some people on this bluff/cliff. Pat Hallahan was there then brother James just came over. We were playing this game with a lacrosse ball where you had to bounce it off the ground over this old fire pit and if the other team/guy didn’t catch it you got a point and they had to drink. I went to get another beer and saw Tim Tebow, yelled to him that he’s the man and he waved but didn’t look happy about it cause he didn’t want his spot blown up. Next thing I know we’re all hanging out inside with some musical instruments and I had Pat’s bass guitar. I was playing it for a bit, probably not great, but playing it and then I realized the strings started winding together and got tight around each other. I tried fixing it myself but that almost made it worse. I didn’t know exactly how to tell Pat so I just hung on to it and then put it back down. It took me far too long to actually tell him and when I did of course he was fine with it, but said i should’ve told him earlier, he would have been able to mitigate the damage, which I agreed about and was sorry for hiding.

✧ AI Analysis: This dream puts you in a playful, social setting before shifting to a quiet moment of guilt — you damaged something that belonged to a friend and sat with the discomfort far longer than necessary. The bass guitar with tangled, tightening strings feels like a symbol for a problem that compounds the longer it goes unaddressed, and Pat's calm, understanding response highlights how much anxiety you carried for nothing. The Tim Tebow moment — cheering for someone who didn't want the attention — might reflect a broader awareness around boundaries and the unintended consequences of calling things out.
