triathalon or run with John Matthews and his brother Brayden where I go back to the rest house where you nap for 2 hours and
I was beating them to get headphones and can't find mine so take
Brayden's then they catch-up and pss me and they're on all 4s in the mud
now and we're not running, but we're chugging along.
