Naval Base Football Event & Magic the Gathering on the Pier

I was working on some naval base and was meeting with the event coordinator and some other guy on my team. The base was like a big, floating island, built on metal stilts. We were setting up this event for this big football game that the coordinator was hosting. She challenged the guy that I was with, one of my colleagues, to this contest so that he could get improved insurance or something and to see how far he could throw a rock. He threw a rock pretty far, and she said she didn't really tell him the rules, but it was to see how short he could throw the rock. He threw it too far, so he didn't win. It was kind of a trick question. Then we were setting up this inflatable big football throwing blow-up thing where you had to throw footballs into each corner of this big blow-up net thing. Then we left the base and were walking down the boardwalk, one of the many piers that extended out of this central hub of this floating base. In the water, you could see a big manta ray and a little squid and a couple crabs and things in the water. It was very clear and actually not that far down from where we were. Then I met Artie Zapke on the pier, and we traded new Magic the Gathering Commander decks. He was telling me that the new deck I made, with the damaged cards in it, would get me immediately disqualified from a tournament for using damaged cards. I had to change those, so he started taking them out of this old shredder card that was $33 and had a little tag stamped on to the card itself. I said I was going to have to return that and probably spend a lot more to get a non-damaged one. We were just looking through each other's decks and walking down the pier. He showed me this big Iron Man 16 colorless cost enchantment called Iron Man, which he built the deck around. He said this would be great in my deck. It was extremely confusing, like damage made its cost reduced, and then once it was played it absorbed damage, something like that. Woke up.
