Epic Quad Hill Climb Gone Wrong

11/20- 825 am- lived in SoCal on a street like Kansas st. Recently moved there. My dad just bought a new jeep but it was more like a ford bronco. I was driving it around the block and some guy(some neighbor) asked if I wanted to race. He was a hick and in like a huge bus thing.  I did, and We raced around the block. I won. We made a deal on 40\$ but I don\'t think he ever gave it to me. Then his two hick sons came over on bikes and asked if I wanted to go for a drive around and explore. I said yes. I followed them down a couple blocks to this very steep hill that was made of dirt. Looked very steep but had tread marks all the way up so seemed safe enough. I was on like a huge quad now, no longer the bronco. No top. They said for me to climb this bad boy and I agreed. I started going. As I started going up I could see that it was very steep and a long way to the top but I was moving forward so kept going. About 85% of the way to the top the hill\'s incline stopped and it went straight up 90 degrees. I still saw tire marks so kept going. It was only like this for a bit. I was somehow still grilling enough to continue moving but I was being very careful not to make any sudden movements so I wouldn\'t fall backwards. The hill was only like this for a little bit, \~20 feet, before the \"hill\" actually started angling at me about 10-15 degrees. Looking straight up from my current 90 degree  angle I could see the jut-out above me. I was only like 5ft from it and still climbing and could actually see tire marks still going, although there were way less than on the direct up part and I noticed they all seemed like bike tires, but I couldn\'t be sure because I was focused on continuing on. I hit the incline and could see that it ended in about 6-7ft. The problem was I was now practically upside down on a quad. Almost impossible to make it that distance. I gassed it a little more as in hoping jumping to it would work especially because I saw a branch at the end that I thought I could maybe use to swing myself, with our without the quad, up, but didn\'t make it close to it. I slowly hit that point where gravity does its thing and then crossed that point to an all out free fall. I twisted myself and the quad  so that I would land on the wheels and when I did I could see that I was extremely high up. Like as high as the Empire State Building. Fallllling falling falllung. I hit terminal velocity where it felt like I was just floating more than falling, albeit floating VERY fast to the ground.  I could finally see the two specs that were the brothers appear. I wasn\'t far now. And then I hit. A huge hit but I hit at the base of the hill which acted like hitting the bottom of a half pipe. It shot me out a great distance but I braked and finally came to a stop. The brothers biked over to me quickly and asked if I was okay and said that was awesome and that I almost had it. I kinda believed them. Kinda thought they just tried to kill me too. But moreso believed them. We talked about what the hell that was and they said they\'ve all made it up that thing one bikes but only one person ever has made it up on a \"truck\". They said I had to have more speed on the \"straight up\" and use the branch to swing up. They later uploaded the video to YouTube as \"wait..this may kill you\".
