Mischievous Dock Escape from Angry Pursuers

Was part of this family with a mentally challenged sister and me who was too I think. Was at some marina  visiting family as we did once every 5-10 years and me and 2 other guys untied some random boat and took it for a ride and pretty much ghost rode it into the dock and now people were coming for us. I had to do a dive off the dock and swim far under like 5 more docks to get away from these 2 guys and ended up by this school I could run behind while recess was going on. I was barefoot and wet and older than the grade school kids. I eventually found my "dream" dad and he was pissed I somehow got away from where ever I was supposed to be and then my challenges "dream" sister showed up all dirty too and he was really pissed. We were staying with family or family friends and some other kids our age showed up and my sister was ruffling the girls well kept hair and clothes with her dirty hands  and for some reason the girl was okay wth it, amused by her messing up her perfectly clean life. Then her mom came and scolded us in front of our dad who said it was time for us to go home and we were about to walk away. Woke up
