Christmas Airbnb Cleanup Before the Anaconda Hike

was on a family trip I think for Christmas where moms side of the family all rented this Airbnb in a nice somewhat tropical place. It was a nice big open air place we stayed at and I guess it was the day after Christmas and everyone had to get going soon so we were all cleaning up. I took a nap before I was going to go for a run and came downstairs and saw my mom cleaned and packed up pretty much everything. There were tons of garbage bags packed with blankets and pillows marked “Boland” so I guessed uncle Tim and aunt Jean brought those. There were tons of snacks left over in the pantry tho so I was excited to go run and feast on these when I got back. We were on this beach area that was really flat and nice. Mom was napping now on a couch with a nice breeze coming thru the screen at her. Then we actually started packing the car and uncle Harpo and my dad were outside drinking beers by the truck they just packed. They were going camping next, straight from here. Think it was a fantasy football league get together for them and their buddies. My dad heard there was a huge anaconda caught recently nearby so a few of us went on a little hike/walk to this little canal area and we’re asking about it. Someone told us it got away and swam back into the canal so keep on high alert for that. We did the rest of the little hike and had to jump around so wet parts but didn’t see the snake before getting back to the main trail. Commented on how many San Diego Padres hats and shirts we were seeing on the trail, which took us pretty much directly back to the Airbnb where people were packing up and getting ready to leave.
