Abandoned Friend and Mutant Garden Creatures

was down in Mexico or further south on some trip with AFR. We were on some bus going to this museum or soemthing and stopped for a bathroom break. We all got off, pissed, and got back on. The bus started rolling and I realized afr was still behind. I was texting him updates on how to walk to where we were going. It was quite far, but doable. We got there and everyone got off and there were these science experiment animals on chain leashes walking around this garden. Things like massive tigers on a little leash but obviously super subdued or even genetically modified that way, a monkey body but a tiger, walking upright, and the coolest I saw, despite all of it being kinda sad and weird, was this deer turned into like a stegosauraus but its spikes and things were like wood. Like it was a tree deer dinosaur thing, was very beautiful but again, very weird and almost disturbing. Then I talked with the bus driver and convinced him he had to go back and get AFR before leaving again.
