Sleep vs Work Preparation Anxiety
\*on PREPAREDNESS: it's 530am. I have a work call at 9. Could get up now
and do work and prepare for that call. But I would feel UNprepared, due
to lack of sleep. I value getting enough sleep as being prepared, vs
being ACTUALLY prepared. I understand this is fundamentally "wrong" or
inaccurate, but that's what my brain thinks is right and most important.
Why is this and why do people value that differently? My vs Andrews
outloook on this totally opposite, for example.
