Intruder Searches Apartment for Hidden Treasure

I guess I lived alone in some apartment in nyc but it the outside of the apt building and street was the bold and old Hamilton st house. I was coming home and knew something was up - like someone was coming for me. I went up to the room, took the stairs, and saw my door was open and someone was in there throwing my Lorcana cards everywhere searching for something. So I ran back down the stairs , told the desk lady to call the police and ran outside. This guy in a long jacket followed right after me but didn't see me and I knew that was him. He got in his car and drove right past two cop cars as they rolled up and I knew we missed him. He looked back at me and smirked, like saying he would be back.
