was in Washington with Cambie and Nikki and Bowdie, Cambie’s big yellow lab, was missing for like 2 days, he ran off into the woods and didn’t come back. Obviously, everyone was worried and I think that was the reason we were there in the first place, to help look. I think we did an hour or two of looking for the dog, but no luck. As we were walking back, we saw him walk out of the woods towards us. He was covered in dirt and mud, but looked happy to be back. I was on hose duty, so I put my bathing suit on and took my shirt off and starting hosing the old dog down. Got him all clean and dried him with a towel and he looked at me with a thanks and then ran back to his mom Cambie for a bone.
