5/29/2026 3:43am - was in a truck with Chris Rueda driving back from thatcher state park. It was either sunset dusk or sunrise, but I think it was sunrise for some reason, maybe we hiked and camped overnight. We were talking about business and some new hockey tank designs I had coming out for bench clearers. There was a new Albany team coming out I was going to make tanks for. Chris had great business advice, as the business man he was, and considered business things in ways I never thought to. I wish I remembered an example of the profound advice he gave me on the drive but it was about some way to leverage my business capital more efficiently. It was a great catchup and as if he never left. [meta data notes: pretty interesting how my brain came up with “unique business ideas” I never really think about IRL for Chris to propose to me that felt completely novel.]
