Kiteboard Flight Over Shark Waters

was in San Diego but more coastal and litttle rockier. Lived in a shack at the end of a small wooden pier now with like 3-4 other people. Mostly just cots set up in there and one bathroom. I took this like kite board out for a spin but I think it had an umbrella as its sail. I launched off some small cliff and into the air I went. I was floating around above the water and saw a bunch of sharks and rays in the shallow water. Then I saw Casey Gunther and ghandi his friend on a speed boat. They were going super fast and then started shooting fireworks up into the air, that were going dangerously close to a coast guard helicopter who immediately started firing a machine gun back at them, completely lighting up their boat. I think they jumped in to avoid it all and looked like they made it out. I lost control a little bit and ended up crashing down into the water pretty close to a rocky shore so eventually paddled back to the shore and had to figure out how I was going to get home.
