Goalie Goal on My First Game Ever

I moved to Canada to join this semi pro ice hockey team and joined the team, maybe got traded or signed way late, in the second period of their like 50th hockey game of the season. Dream started in the 2nd period with me on the ice in my first game as a Defenseman pair with probably the best player on our team: he was pretty much the “Carl Koopmans” lookalike gym trainer from the 24 hour fitness gym I go to IRL in PB, SD. He was calm cool and collected on the ice, made no mistakes, and played a simple and smart game. I tried to mimic him. I actually played pretty damn well, had a couple of nice o-zone keep ins and made all the high% passes. We were up 1-0 when I got there, then I passed one over to him, he gave it a little low wrister looking for a deflection or a rebound, got a deflection and scored. 2-0. 3rd period started and I asked him our record, cause we seemed pretty good and were really dominating this team possession-wise and scaoreboard. He said 20-30 and this team was pretty good, probably 30-20. I said wow, okay cool, we can grow on that with a game like this. Early into the period we had the puck in their zone again and I faked a slapshot and dished it over to him on the far side, he saw a lane, hit it, skated in, deked the goalie and scored, what I only heard by the announcer, was his 3rd goal and hat trick. A handful of hats hit the ice. “Didn’t know you had the first one too!” I said to him. He shrugged with a little smirk. Up 3-0 with like 8 min left, the coach for some reason made me goalie, as we probably had this locked up, but for some reason I found myself, almost alone behind everyone, as the goalie, in all my goalie gear and big stick, behind the defense, and got an outlet pass from my team. I couldn’t really shoot with this big stick and 1 glove on it but I could deke a bit, so that’s what I did, put a very easy 1-2 move on the OTHER goalie and tucked it under him for the goal. 4-0 and a GOALIE GOAL! The whole team and crowd went wild. I was jumping up and down like I just won the Stanley Cup and the place was electric. Team jumped on me and I thought to myself, wow, for me and our captain getting a hat trick, letting up 0 goals, and getting a goalie-goal, all on my first game on this new team, that’s probably our best game ever haha.
