Iceland Journey with Underwater Streets and Army Training

Took a trip to Iceland with some people. But somehow had a warrant out for my arrest there or something so had to like spend the night in this jail cell on the boat over there. Then was allowed off once landed there and did this new boat tour to explore the island. Then got off and seems like waterways and rivers ran all through the land which made their own water streets and some cars were driving underwater and some houses had their driveways go straight into water. I was walking around and it got dark quick and I was lost. I asked some guy who was taking this garbage out where I was and could sleep but he didn't understand me or couldn't help. Think I slept like in the woods and woke up to beautiful sunlight and land and knew where I was now and could make it back to the port. We had another day of tours and things and something made me feel like we were enlisted and training for the army.
