Costly Dentist Nightmare with High School Reunion

dreamt I had to go back to the us for a dentist appointment instead of just going to one in Japan and when I got there, there were about 16 people I knew from high school there too. Like Ryan Beattie. Big dentist day. I went in and the dr did something to my teeth for about 5min and said something should be done about that and left. Then I left the room after waiting for a while and talked the lady at the desk. She said my Obamacare insurance would still work so I gave her my card and she handed me a receipt for 670\$. Ty Obama. But then I looked and it came out of \"card ending in ..0014\" or whatever card mine ended in! I had to put the claim in myself she said. So I spent about 2k on a round trip to go to the dentist and then that cost me 670\$ and NOTHING WAS DONE TO MY TEETH! I started kind of yelling at the lady but she said there was nothing she could do.  I got REALLY frustrated, mad, and sad and fed up all at the same time. I only had like 400 in my account so this 670\$ was going to blow it out and I owed my dad money for the flight! Where the hell am I gonna get this money I thought! AND NOTHING WAS EVEN DONE TO CLEAN MY TEETH! Woke up so relieved that was a dream.
