the SF boys visited us in San Diego, Erik s, Duncan, Johnny, and we were on the beach and wanted to play volleyball. Unfortunately we didn’t have the right setup for it so we went over to this area where people were playing and it was a big open 2-foot deep shallow water area where people had a bunch of nets set up, looked kinda like the national mall in DC. Just a huge shallow pool of water with volleyball nets setup in it. So we got a court and it was super windy so hard to get the serve in bounds. I gave it a few serves that were close but couldn’t land it in bounds. Then my right foot started acting up and justin and graham came so I sat out while them 2 played against Duncan and Johnny. Was a good start to the game while me and Erik were chatting and watching, then woke up.

✧ AI Analysis: You and a group of friends are eager to play volleyball on the beach, but the conditions keep working against you — the wrong setup, wind throwing off your serve, and then a nagging foot injury pulling you out of the game. This dream may reflect a sense of wanting to fully participate and contribute but being held back by circumstances outside your control. Watching from the sidelines while others play on suggests some tension between wanting to be in the action and being forced to step back.
