Dad's Runaway Snail Pet Sitting Adventure

my dad had a pet snail that I was "pet watching" for him. I was watching it and it fully left it's shell and just looked like a big snail but I wanted to see it closer so I took to the top off. Naturally, it sprinted away and got behind this tv stand. Had to move a bunch of stuff and eventually, with help of friends(forgot who) we got it. Then I was gonna wash it off from all the back-of-the-tv gunk in the sink and dropped it in the garbage disposal which was full of old fish skins that my mom must've been cooking but didn't turn it in yet. So I had to fish thru the fish discards and find the slug. Finally found it and used chopsticks to grab it, which surprisingly worked well. Got it and then I saw that it had another lil slug on its back, maybe had a baby or something behind the tv. Then I put them both in the tank and found the small one this cool small shell and they both went inside happy as snails.
